Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked, the provider's policies, and the timing of your cancellation request. Generally, cancellations made within the free cancellation period (as specified during checkout) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may be subject to fees or may not be refundable. Some bookings, such as non-refundable hotel rates and certain flights, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation Timelines
Cancellation timelines vary by product: Tours & Packages — full refund if cancelled 14+ days before departure; 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before; no refund if cancelled less than 7 days before. Hotel Bookings — subject to the specific rate policy selected at booking. Flights — governed by the airline's fare rules and may differ from our standard policies. Visa Services — once application processing has begun, refunds are generally not available.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable: processing and service fees, travel insurance premiums, visa application fees once submitted to an embassy or consulate, special event or festival tickets, non-refundable hotel rates or fare classes, and any services already rendered or utilised. We clearly indicate non-refundable items at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to post, while bank transfers may take 3–7 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions may be considered for exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, official notices) will be required. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may force you to cancel your trip.
