You must not:
- Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Website;
- Introduce malicious software, viruses or harmful code;

- Use our Website in a manner that could damage Hybrid Travels, its customers, suppliers or business partners.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.
4. Travel Searches and Enquiries
Our Website may allow you to search for flights, hotels, tour packages and other travel services.
Submitting a search or enquiry does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
Search results, availability, schedules, prices and other travel information may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Information displayed on the Website may be obtained from third-party suppliers, booking systems or travel partners and may be subject to their availability and conditions.
A booking will only be considered confirmed when:
- You have accepted the applicable quotation or booking terms;
- The required payment has been received or an agreed payment arrangement has been confirmed;
- The relevant supplier has confirmed the reservation; and
- Hybrid Travels has provided you with a booking confirmation, ticket, voucher or other applicable confirmation.
5. Prices and Quotations
Prices displayed on our Website or communicated to you may be subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
A quotation may include, where applicable:
- Airline fares;
- Hotel accommodation;
- Tour fees;
- Taxes;
- Government charges;
- Airport charges;
- Service fees;
- Visa-related fees;
- Processing fees;
- Transfers;
- Insurance; and/or
- Other applicable charges.
Where applicable, we will identify material charges before you complete your purchase.
A quotation is generally valid only for the period specified in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation may be subject to supplier availability and pricing at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors and will notify you where an error materially affects your proposed booking.
6. Booking Confirmation
A travel service is not confirmed merely because you have submitted an enquiry or received an initial quotation.
Confirmation may depend on:
- Availability;
- Payment;
- Supplier approval;
- Passenger information;
- Passport or travel-document details;
- Visa requirements;
- Supplier rules;
- Fare conditions;
- Hotel availability;
- Tour availability; and
- Other applicable requirements.
Customers should not make non-refundable personal arrangements based solely on an enquiry, quotation or provisional reservation.
7. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment method communicated or authorised by Hybrid Travels.
Depending on the service, payment may be required:
- In full before confirmation;
- By deposit;
- According to an agreed instalment arrangement; or
- According to the payment schedule imposed by the relevant supplier.
Your booking may not be confirmed until the required payment has been received.
Where a payment is made to a third-party supplier or payment processor, the transaction may also be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
8. Payment Receipts and Transaction Records
Customers should retain all receipts, invoices, booking confirmations, payment references, tickets, vouchers and correspondence relating to their transaction.
Where applicable, Hybrid Travels will provide appropriate transaction records or booking documentation.
Customers should promptly notify us if any information on a booking document appears incorrect.
9. Flight Bookings
Flight bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules and policies of the relevant airline.
These may include rules relating to:
- Ticket validity;
- Name corrections;
- Date changes;
- Route changes;
- Cancellations;
- Refunds;
- No-shows;
- Baggage;
- Seat selection;
- Check-in;
- Boarding;
- Flight changes;
- Schedule changes; and
- Additional charges.
Once a ticket has been issued, any amendment or cancellation may attract airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, service charges or other applicable fees.
Where an airline changes or cancels a flight, Hybrid Travels will reasonably assist the customer in communicating with or obtaining available options from the airline, subject to the airline’s applicable rules.
10. Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel or accommodation provider.
These may include conditions relating to:
- Check-in and check-out;
- Cancellation;

- Taxes;
- Resort or tourism fees;
- Room availability;
- Occupancy limits;
- Identification requirements;
- Additional guests;
- Special requests; and
- Refunds.
Special requests such as connecting rooms, particular views, early check-in, late check-out or specific room locations are requests only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the hotel.
11. Tour Packages
Tour packages may include combinations of accommodation, transportation, excursions, sightseeing, meals, transfers, guides or other services.
The exact inclusions and exclusions will be stated in the applicable quotation or itinerary.
Tour schedules may change due to:
- Weather;
- Local conditions;
- Safety considerations;
- Government restrictions;
- Supplier changes;
- Transportation delays;
- Operational issues; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where an itinerary change is necessary, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, an alternative arrangement.
12. Visa and Immigration Services
Hybrid Travels may provide visa advisory, documentation assistance, application support and related travel advisory services.
However:
Hybrid Travels & Holidays does not guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa, immigration permit, entry clearance or travel authorisation.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government agency.
Our services may include:
- General visa information;
- Document checklists;
- Application guidance;
- Cover-letter assistance;
- Appointment assistance;
- Interview preparation;
- Document review; and
- Other agreed administrative support.
Providing assistance with a visa application does not mean that approval is guaranteed.
We will not knowingly submit false, fraudulent or misleading information to an embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other government agency.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents supplied to us are genuine, accurate and complete.
13. Visa Fees and Embassy Fees
Visa fees, biometric fees, embassy charges, appointment fees, courier charges, service-centre charges and other government or third-party fees may be separate from Hybrid Travels’ professional or service fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment of a visa-service fee does not guarantee:
- Visa approval;
- Appointment availability;
- Faster processing;
- A particular visa duration;
- A particular number of entries; or
- Admission into a destination country.
Third-party or government fees are subject to the applicable refund rules of the relevant authority.
14. Travel Documents and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid and appropriate travel documents.
Depending on the destination, these may include:
- Valid passport;
- Visa or travel authorisation;
- Residence permit;
- Vaccination or health documentation where applicable;
- Travel insurance;
- Proof of accommodation;
- Return or onward ticket;
- Financial evidence;
- Consent documents for minors; and
- Other documents required by the destination country or carrier.
Travel requirements can change without notice.
Customers should verify the latest requirements with the relevant airline, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other competent authority before travelling.
15. Passports and Original Documents
Where customers provide original passports or other documents to Hybrid Travels, we will take reasonable care of those documents while they are in our possession.
Customers should not provide original documents unless they are reasonably required for the service being requested.
We recommend that customers retain copies of important documents.
16. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Review quotations and booking confirmations carefully;
- Check names, dates, destinations and other booking information immediately;
- Provide valid travel documents;
- Make payments within agreed deadlines;
- Comply with airline, hotel and tour-provider rules;
- Comply with immigration and visa requirements;
- Inform us promptly of any changes to their travel plans;
- Notify us immediately of errors in booking documents;
- Arrive at airports, hotels and tour departure points on time; and
- Obtain appropriate travel insurance where advisable.
Hybrid Travels is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information supplied by the customer.
17. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and amendment rights depend on the particular service purchased and the terms applicable to that service.
Before making a booking, customers should carefully review the cancellation, amendment and refund conditions provided for the specific booking.
Depending on the supplier and booking type, cancellation may result in:
- A cancellation charge;
- Airline or hotel penalties;
- Fare differences;
- Administrative charges;
- Supplier fees;
- Non-refundable amounts; or
- Other reasonable charges disclosed before or at the time of booking.
Where a booking is refundable, the amount refunded may depend on the amount actually recovered from the relevant supplier, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.
Where a supplier cancels or fails to provide a service, Hybrid Travels will take reasonable steps to assist the customer in obtaining the remedy or refund available under the applicable supplier terms and applicable Nigerian law.
We will not describe a booking as non-refundable or impose a cancellation restriction where doing so would be unlawful.
18. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers wishing to cancel a booking should contact Hybrid Travels as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests should preferably be submitted in writing by email or another official communication channel.
The effective cancellation date may be the date on which Hybrid Travels receives the cancellation request, subject to the terms of the relevant supplier.
Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with:
- The supplier’s terms;
- The customer’s booking confirmation;
- Any cancellation conditions disclosed before purchase; and
- Applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.
Where a cancellation fee applies, Hybrid Travels will provide reasonable information regarding the applicable charge.
19. Refund Processing
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, the timing may depend on when the relevant airline, hotel, tour operator, payment processor or other supplier releases the funds.
Where Hybrid Travels receives a refundable amount from a supplier on behalf of a customer, we will process the customer’s eligible refund within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and any necessary verification.
Refunds will ordinarily be made using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, unless otherwise agreed.
20. Airline, Hotel and Supplier Terms
When you purchase a travel service, you may also become subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
These may include:
- Airline conditions of carriage;
- Hotel booking conditions;
- Tour operator conditions;
- Transportation terms;
- Payment-provider terms;
- Insurance terms; and
- Other supplier-specific rules.
Where supplier terms conflict with these Terms in relation to the actual operation of the supplier’s service, the supplier’s applicable terms may govern that particular aspect of the service, subject to applicable law.
21. Third-Party Service Providers
Hybrid Travels works with various third-party travel suppliers and service providers.
We do not own, operate or control all airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, payment processors or other suppliers whose services may be offered through or arranged by us.
We therefore cannot guarantee the performance of an independent third-party supplier beyond the obligations imposed on us by applicable law and the services we have expressly agreed to provide.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when problems arise with third-party services purchased through us.
22. Travel Delays, Cancellations and Disruptions
Travel can be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hybrid Travels, including:
- Airline delays or cancellations;
- Airport closures;
- Weather;
- Industrial action;
- Political unrest;
- Government restrictions;
- Border closures;
- Security incidents;
- Natural disasters;
- Public-health emergencies;
- Mechanical failures;
- Traffic;
- Supplier insolvency; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer in communicating with the relevant supplier and identifying available alternatives.
23. Force Majeure
Hybrid Travels will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing an obligation where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, severe weather, power failures or supplier failures.
This provision does not remove or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.
24. Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for international and domestic travel where suitable.
Travel insurance may provide protection against circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies;
- Trip cancellation;
- Travel interruption;
- Lost baggage;
- Delayed baggage;
- Travel delays; and
- Other insured risks.
Unless expressly included in a purchased package, travel insurance is not automatically provided by Hybrid Travels.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy terms, exclusions and coverage limits of any insurance purchased.
25. Website Information and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our Website is useful and accurate.
However, travel information can change frequently.
Flight schedules, fares, hotel availability, tour prices, visa requirements and destination information may change after information has been published.
Accordingly, Website information should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular flight, hotel, tour, fare or travel requirement will remain available.
Material information relevant to a purchase will be communicated to the customer as reasonably practicable before the transaction is completed.

31. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Nigerian law.
Subject to applicable law, Hybrid Travels will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

- Failure by the customer to possess valid travel documents;
- Failure to obtain a required visa or travel authorisation;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
32. No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Travel Entry
Hybrid Travels does not guarantee that:
- A visa will be granted;
- An immigration application will be approved;
- A particular visa duration will be issued;
- A particular number of entries will be granted;
- A traveller will be permitted to enter a destination country; or
- An immigration authority will approve admission at the border.
Final decisions are made by the relevant government, immigration, embassy, consular or border authority.

We encourage customers to contact Hybrid Travels first so that we can attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, the parties may explore an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution mechanism, including mediation, before commencing formal proceedings where appropriate.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right or remedy available under Nigerian law.
35. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection or other legislation.

37. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
If it cannot be modified, the affected provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable booking confirmation, quotation, service-specific terms, Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Hybrid Travels in relation to the relevant service.
